1:1 MENTORING
1:1 Mentoring is based on working with the Four Devotions of Body As Ally. Included in these 60 minute session will be teachings on Fitness routines that bring strength, stamina, alignment, flexibility and fluidity of movement. To support our Bodies on this journey, we also include dietary recommendations or restrictions, sleep hygiene protocol, meditation, reading and journaling suggestions, etc. Read more here about the specifics of how I work.
It is strongly encouraged that you commit to at least three months of bi-weekly or weekly sessions of 1:1 Mentoring Sessions. While I do have a per-class rate, I do offer discounts for booking multiple sessions at once. I also understand that not everyone is able to afford the asking rate, so I also offer concessions on a limited basis.
To begin our 1:1 Sessions, it is suggested we initially meet at least twice a week. From there, we can discern whether additional or fewer meetings would work best for your individual path. Homework will be assigned regularly and will be emailed to you after each of our sessions throughout our work together.
